Our story

Together We Rise Up was created in 2024 based on the idea of Co-Founders Christina Lord and Lauren McWilliams. Both entrepreneurs themselves they wanted a community where it wasn’t just about networking and business but instead meeting and learning from other inspiring women from all walks of life. A place where you would be inspired as well as challenged to grow and find new connections.

After 9 months of brilliant events each becoming more popular than the last we realised from the feedback there is a bigger need and so many more possibilities to grow this incredible community we have loved being part of. Which is where the idea of our membership came from.

A little bit about us

  • Lauren McWilliams

    CO-FOUNDER

    As a Visibility Strategist and Brand Photographer, I help women step into their power, stand out, and shine. I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where women feel encouraged to connect, grow, and rise together.

    Having experienced negativity and bullying from other women in past careers, I’ve made it my mission to create a community where collaboration, support, and empowerment thrive.

    I believe that when women have like minded community around them building them up allows them to grow, to challenge themselves and stay accountable to go on and achieve their biggest desires.

  • Christina Lord

    CO-FOUNDER

    As an Energy Leadership Coach and Resilience Expert, I’m on a mission to help women thrive in their brilliance without burning out. Success should never come at the cost of your health or happiness. Too many women are held back by imposter syndrome, doubting their capabilities and stalling their dreams. I’m passionate about rewriting the resilience rulebook to create sustainable success that feels aligned and empowering.

    A key part of this journey is the power of community—surrounding yourself with like-minded, supportive people who inspire and challenge you to grow. When women rise together, celebrating and championing each other, the possibilities are limitless. I’m committed to creating spaces where women can confidently step into their power and build lives of purpose, resilience, and joy.
