I’m Lauren, a Visibility Strategist and Mentor based in the North East. I help entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams stop performing for the algorithm and start showing up for themselves.
From Behind the Lens to Behind the Strategy
I spent years as a personal brand photographer, capturing the "perfect" shot. I knew exactly how to find the right light to make someone look like they had it all figured out.
But as I packed up my camera gear, I kept hearing the same thing: “I look great in these photos, but I still feel like I’m playing a character.”
I realised that no amount of high-end imagery can fix a strategy that feels like a straitjacket. You can have the most beautiful brand in the world, but if your visibility feels like a chore, you will eventually stop showing up.
So, I shifted my focus. I moved from helping people look confident, to helping them be confident.

I don’t give you a cookie-cutter blueprint. Instead, I help you build a visibility strategy that feels as natural as a conversation with a friend.
